We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Supporting photos or videos, if applicable
Our customer support team will review your request within 1โ2 business days.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions by email.
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

This U.S. return address is operated by our local logistics partner to support returns for our customers in the United States.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. In this case, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the approved return shipping cost after the issue is confirmed.
If the return is requested for personal reasons, such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or the item not meeting personal expectations, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For customer-paid returns, the return shipping cost is the actual shipping rate charged by the carrier selected by the customer. The cost may vary depending on the package size, weight, shipping distance, and carrier service.

This return address may be different from our business address or the original shipping location. For approved U.S. returns, any customer-paid return shipping cost will be calculated based on shipping the item to this designated return address.
We do not charge any additional return handling fee or restocking fee.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
The item must be in its original condition
The item must be securely packaged for return
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@popgrain.com.
Please include:
Your order number
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2โ3 business days.
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment.
We usually begin order preparation within 1โ7 business days after payment confirmation. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@popgrain.com.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, eligible items may still be returned in accordance with this policy.
