We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  • The reason for return
  • Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)

Our customer support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

  • If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you choose to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, not as expected), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact cost will depend on the carrier and shipping method you choose.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaged appropriately—preferably in the original packaging.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Return Package Checklist

When sending your return, please include:

  • Your contact information (name and email and/or phone number)

This helps us quickly identify your order and process your refund or exchange.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at hello@popgrain.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
  • Refunds do not include any original shipping costs paid (if applicable).

Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation before your order has been shipped.

  • We typically process orders within 1–3 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@popgrain.com if you need to cancel.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still be eligible for a return under this policy.

Gift Returns & Gift Cards

  • Gift returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
