Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. This includes essential order verification, quality checks, and packaging. During peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charge

FREE shipping on all orders, ensuring no hidden fees.

Delivery Times

  • In-Stock Items: Ship within 1–7 business days
  • Custom-Made Items: Ready to ship within 3–4 weeks

Transit Time

Due to the size and nature of our furniture products, orders are shipped via ocean shipping.
The estimated transit time after shipment is 15–30 business days.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping options.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Preparation Time + Transit Time

Shipping Destinations

Our shipping service is currently available only within the continental United States.

Shipping is not available to:
Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa, United States Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii.

We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

We make every effort to deliver your package as quickly as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid or incomplete addresses, ocean transit conditions, U.S. customs clearance, port congestion, carrier delays, or other logistical factors beyond our control.

About Tax

All product prices are tax-inclusive. No additional taxes will be charged.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

During high-demand periods, tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear. If you experience issues tracking your package, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier within 24 hours.

Deliveries will be made to your front door or building entrance based on the shipping address provided.

Delivery Delays

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@popgrain.com.  We will immediately follow up with the shipping carrier and keep you updated.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment.

If payment has been completed but your item has not yet shipped, you may contact us to cancel and receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still be eligible for a return under our Refund Policy.
