Shipping Policy

Preparation Time

All orders are processed after payment confirmation. This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and shipment preparation. Preparation time is usually 1–7 business days.

During peak shopping seasons or promotional periods, preparation times may be slightly extended.

Transit Time

After shipment, the estimated transit time is 15–30 business days, depending on destination, carrier scheduling, weather conditions, and other logistical factors.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time = Preparation Time + Transit Time

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.

No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, or APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Because our products are shipped directly from China to the United States via ocean freight, your order may be subject to U.S. import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Please contact your local customs office for specific information. If a package is returned or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs and associated fees will be deducted from your refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates usually become active within 24–72 hours.

Delivery Delays

We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to invalid or incomplete addresses, port congestion, carrier scheduling, weather conditions, or other logistical factors beyond our control.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@popgrain.com.  We will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment.

If payment has been completed but your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to request a full cancellation and refund.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, eligible returns may still be requested in accordance with our Refund Policy.
